Naturally if you're looking for a Panic Away review then you have heard of Panic Away, the One Move Technique and Joe Barry. Not to mention you might have maybe found and read a bunch of Panic Away "reviews" that really appear to be sales pitches.
Well, I hate to break it to you, yet about 99% are sales pitches from people who 1) do not have anxiety or panic attacks and 2) have not even read Panic Away. Most of them are a Panic Away scam.
- As a result, I will try to tell you my experience with Panic Away despite the fact that you probably are tired of all of the garbage you have seen up until now. And you don't have any valid reason to believe me, simply because, hey, this is the Internet.
Yet, no matter whether you believe me or not, I'm a true person, with real problems, genuine anxiety and genuine panic attacks and whether you purchase it or not I don't care - my primary purpose is to simply tell you about Panic Away so you can Decide if it is good for you. Believe it or not, it might OR may not be best for you. Basically, Panic Away employs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT for short) to help you to re-program your brain to think in another way about anxiety and panic attacks. If you haven't heard of CBT, it is really simply a fancy term for "rewiring" your mind to think in different ways.
Not to bore you, but I had heard and applied CBT well before purchasing and making use of Panic Away. I first found out about it in a Tony Robbins book a long time ago. Tony Robbins explains how to use it on oneself in his books.
- I really don't feel you really need to know anything about CBT prior to using Panic Away because it is spelled out in a fairly simple to follow way.
The Panic Away One Move Technique is simply what Joe Barry names his strategy that he developed making use of CBT specifically applied to anxiety and panic attacks. I can't give it all away because he has labored hard on his book ( and i am positive I could get prosecuted!).
- Nevertheless, all in all, it's a relatively simple read and when there is complex psychology lingo, he explains it in an easy to understand fashion. Will It Do The Job?
I can't legitimately answer this kind of question considering I don't know you. I can tell you that I mostly suffer from general anxiety disorder and panic attacks - nothing really distinct activates it, except stress, pressure, and so on. And that is who I think it is primarily geared toward. If you suffer from something more precise, like social anxiety disorder, then it may well help somewhat, particularly if you are aware of causes and triggers of your SAD. I Can't believe it might necessarily help you if you have some phobia or even Obsessive-compulsive disorder or something of that nature. It might, but I don't have phobias or Ocd so i am unable to really say for sure.
Did It Give good results?
It helped me. But in case you are planning on a miracle cure, this isn't it ( there is no miracle treatment for panic and anxiety attacks). You need to act on it and rehearse the One Move Technique for it to be effective. If you don't practice it, it's not going to do the job. Therefore if you are not really ready to make the effort, don't throw away your money.
- In the end, simply keep in mind that You Must Decide if it might work for you. It is $67, which is not all that cheap, nevertheless for me it turned out to be a tiny price to pay for getting some relief. Heck, I might give my right arm to have somebody give me some miracle remedy to take it away simply because it's horrible. Yet I don't see that taking place any time soon.
